Creatine monohydrate replenishes phosphocreatine stores in skeletal muscle. This increases the availability of ATP during short-burst, high-intensity movements like sprints, lifts, and plyometric exercises.

Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid concentrated in muscle, heart, and brain tissue. In the context of exercise, taurine supports cellular hydration and protects against oxidative stress generated during intense training.

Betaine, also known as trimethylglycine, functions as an osmolyte and methyl donor. Research links betaine supplementation to improved power output and body composition when combined with structured resistance programs.

Together, these three compounds target overlapping but distinct pathways: energy regeneration, cellular protection, and methylation support. The result is a training formula with broader physiological coverage than creatine alone.

Directions

Mix one scoop (8 g) daily with 8 oz of water or a beverage of choice. For best results, take 30 minutes before exercise or immediately after with a recovery shake.

For loading: take four servings daily for one week, followed by 1 to 2 servings daily. On rest days, take 1 to 2 servings with a meal, or as directed by your SeeBeyond health care professional.

Warnings

Not for use in patients with severe liver, kidney, or cardiovascular disease, or with bipolar disorder.
