Appointment Policies
Scheduling
SeeBeyond Medicine sees patients by appointment at both locations. We recommend booking follow-up visits before leaving your current appointment to secure your preferred time.
New patients receive digital intake forms upon scheduling confirmation. Please complete these before your first visit.
Cancellation Policy
SeeBeyond Medicine requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling availability. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may need to reschedule. SeeBeyond Medicine maintains punctual scheduling to respect every patient's time.
