SeeBeyond Medicine processes supplement and skincare orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard shipping delivers within 3 to 7 business days within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International orders arrive within 4 to 22 business days. SeeBeyond Medicine ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for delivery within 2 to 3 business days. Additional shipping charges apply based on package weight and destination.

Priority Overnight Shipping

Priority overnight shipping is available for time-sensitive orders. SeeBeyond Medicine processes overnight orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days for next-business-day delivery.

Shipping Rates

SeeBeyond Medicine ships supplements and skincare products throughout the United States, including Washington, D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on state regulations.

Prescription items are fulfilled separately through licensed pharmacy partners and may have different delivery timelines and packaging requirements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your SeeBeyond Medicine order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
