SeeBeyond Medicine stands behind every physician-formulated product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery date
- Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- Original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements:
- Opened or partially used supplements and skincare products
- Prescription (Rx) products — all Rx items are final sale once dispensed
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
How to Initiate a Return
Contact SeeBeyond Medicine's support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Email or call our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions
- Ship the unopened product in its original packaging to the address provided
- Refund is processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after SeeBeyond Medicine receives and inspects the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, SeeBeyond Medicine will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional charge. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.
Exchanges
SeeBeyond Medicine does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments follow the same 30-day return policy for unopened products. To prevent future shipments, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as food or supplements that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Prescription (Rx) skincare products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@seebeyondmedicine.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
