Return Policy

SeeBeyond Medicine stands behind every physician-formulated product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery date
• Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
• Original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements:

• Opened or partially used supplements and skincare products
• Prescription (Rx) products — all Rx items are final sale once dispensed
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request

How to Initiate a Return

Contact SeeBeyond Medicine's support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

1. Email or call our support team with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions
3. Ship the unopened product in its original packaging to the address provided
4. Refund is processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after SeeBeyond Medicine receives and inspects the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, SeeBeyond Medicine will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional charge. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.

Exchanges

SeeBeyond Medicine does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments follow the same 30-day return policy for unopened products. To prevent future shipments, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.
