Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

The SeeBeyond Medicine Affiliate Program enables approved partners to earn referral commissions by promoting our integrative medicine services and physician-formulated health products. These terms govern your participation in the program.

By enrolling, you agree to all conditions outlined in this document. SeeBeyond Medicine reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements. The program is open to individuals, content publishers, health professionals, and registered businesses.

Applicants must maintain an active website, blog, or social media presence that aligns with the values of SeeBeyond Medicine. We do not approve applicants whose content promotes unverified health claims or misleading medical information.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a standard referral commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique tracking links. Commission rates and eligible product categories are specified in your affiliate dashboard upon approval.

SeeBeyond Medicine may adjust commission rates with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded transactions.

4. Cookie Duration and Tracking

SeeBeyond Medicine assigns each affiliate a unique referral link that places a tracking cookie on the referred visitor's browser. The standard cookie duration is 30 days from the initial click.

If a visitor completes a qualifying purchase within the cookie window, the referring affiliate receives credit for that sale. Last-click attribution applies when multiple affiliates refer the same visitor.

5. Payment Terms and Schedule

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis for the preceding period's qualifying sales. Payments are issued after all applicable return and refund windows have closed, typically within 30 days of the calculation date.

A minimum payout threshold applies and is displayed in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions forfeited due to returned or refunded orders are deducted from subsequent payouts.

SeeBeyond Medicine issues payments via the method selected in your affiliate account. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or bulk messaging to promote SeeBeyond Medicine
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our services or products
• Bidding on SeeBeyond Medicine branded keywords or variations in paid search advertising
• Purchasing display ads that target our brand name, trademarks, or misspellings
• Using cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any deceptive tracking method
• Representing yourself as an employee, agent, or medical professional of SeeBeyond Medicine
• Promoting our services in contexts that are illegal, defamatory, or offensive

Violation of any prohibition is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Every affiliate promotion must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship in accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines. Disclosures must appear before or alongside any affiliate link.

Affiliates must not make health claims, treatment guarantees, or diagnostic statements about SeeBeyond Medicine products or services. Only marketing language expressly approved in the affiliate resource center may be used.

8. Intellectual Property Restrictions

SeeBeyond Medicine grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, images, and marketing materials solely for program participation. You may not alter, crop, recolor, or recontextualize any SeeBeyond Medicine trademarks.

No affiliate materials may imply clinical endorsement, medical authority, or physician-patient relationship beyond the scope of the affiliate arrangement. All intellectual property rights remain with SeeBeyond Medicine.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeeBeyond Medicine, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the affiliate program. This includes claims resulting from your promotional content, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

SeeBeyond Medicine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from program participation. Total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the commissions earned by you during the 12 months immediately preceding any claim.

11. Termination and Modification

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. SeeBeyond Medicine may terminate immediately and without notice for violations of these terms.

Earned commissions on qualifying sales completed before the termination date are paid on the standard payment schedule. Upon termination, you must remove all SeeBeyond Medicine links and materials within 5 business days.

SeeBeyond Medicine may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version at this URL. Material changes are communicated via email to your registered address. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
