This is the most comprehensive blood panel to check your overall current health status. Lipid Panel, Vitamins, Minerals, Hormones, Heavy Metals, etc. We are looking at a blueprint of your body. The Functional Medicine Blood Panel identifies imbalances that may be the root cause of symptoms or disease that you experience. This test also identifies red flags of disease that may be present in the future that we can start treating NOW. This test is for everyone, at any age!
Integrated Genetic Solutions is the first personalized medical solution that uses each patient’s unique combination of DNA genetic mutations and blood analysis (hormones, vitamins, and minerals) to identify and treat body chemistry imbalances. This dynamic process is designed to maintain or optimize ever-changing body chemistry over time. Each patient’s complex tapestry of hormones, vitamins, and minerals requires extensive analysis and complex mathematical computation in order to generate an accurate and personalized treatment program; all of which can take over 20 hours per patient when done by hand.
The IGS personalized solution starts with each patient undergoing laboratory-certified DNA and blood testing. Once completed and uploaded to the IGS software platform, doctors are then able to isolate each patient’s specific body chemistry imbalances. These imbalances are often the underlying causes of poor mental acuity, reduced energy, weight gain, and a weakened immune response. After these imbalances are identified, the IGS platform will provide a comprehensive set of recommendations to treat each imbalance. These recommendations include hormones, pre-hormones, fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins, minerals, and other supplements.
What cancer (s) are you predisposed to? Understand your risk for hereditary cancer. The Counsyl Cancer Screen determines whether you inherited a mutation in one of more than 25 genes that can significantly increase your risk of certain cancers such as breast, ovarian, colon, pancreatic, prostate, thyroid and others. Help your family understand their risk as they will have the same mutations. Take action to prevent cancer or detect it early.
The IvyGene Cancer Blood Test measures the methylation status of cell-free DNA at target sites that have been demonstrated to be hypermethylated when certain cancers are present. Cancer Blood Test results are reported as a quantitative IvyGene Score, which indicates the methylation status of the target sites. The IvyGene Score is calculated as a composite average of cell-free DNA that is methylated at the target sites as a fraction of the total cell-free DNA present
Cardiovascular disease currently affects 1 in 3 adult Americans, the “silent killer.” 50% of patients who die suddenly from a heart attack had normal LDL cholesterol levels. Boston Heart Diagnostics research and science have advanced technology which goes far beyond standard cholesterol screening. Blood tests are broken down into 4 categories, lipids, inflammation, metabolic and genetics. This test identifies the individual risk of heart disease, best medication options, and overall heart health.
In-body scale analyzes your complete body composition to determine exactly how much extra fat you are holding onto or if you have any muscle deficiencies. It also measures visceral fat, the fat surrounding vital organs such as your heart and liver, your basal metabolic rate, lean body mass or muscle and more.
This is the most comprehensive blood panel to check your overall current health status. Lipid Panel, Vitamins, Minerals, Hormones, Heavy Metals, etc. We are looking at a blueprint of your bo This test is for everyone! Identify if your body is “attacking” the food you are eating and creating an immune response in the body. The test detects both IgG, IgE antibodies and Immune Complexes.
This test evaluates markers for digestion, absorption, immunology, gut microbiology, and gut metabolic markers. It also tests gold standard O&P (ova & parasite) and EIA (Enzyme Immunoassay) for the identification of common parasites. Indications include bloating, gas, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, skin conditions, low immune function, fatigue, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and fibromyalgia, an autoimmune disease.
Genova’s SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) Profiles are noninvasive breath tests that capture exhaled hydrogen and methane gases following patient ingestion of a lactulose solution to evaluate bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine. Conditions commonly associated with SIBO include IBS, IBD, Celiac Disease, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Rosacea, Parkinson’s Disease, and Obesity.
Heavy metal toxicity can be the root cause of many symptoms that far too often goes misdiagnosed.
Common Symptoms are:
20 Heavy Metals are tested in urine after a “chelating agent” is given through IV. Heavy metals such as Mercury, Arsenic, Lead, Copper, Aluminum are tested, and exposure is linked with many adverse health effects and chronic disease.
Mycotoxins are extremely toxic by-products of mold growth and are generally associated with more significant health problems than the mold itself. Mycotoxins found in the home include 1. Aflatoxins, which are the most potent natural cancer-causing agents known to man; 2. Trichothecenes, which have been used as chemical warfare agents; and 3. Gliotoxins, known to suppress the human immune system. Mycotoxins are also known to be transmitted from mother to child through breast milk. The RealTime Lab Mycotoxin test panel can detect 15 of the most common and toxic Mycotoxins in human urine, and has been prescribed by over 1500 health care professionals in the U.S., Europe, and Australia.
Measures over 125 key nutrient biomarkers and ratios that can help identify nutritional imbalances that may be a root cause of complex chronic conditions.
This test evaluates:
Analysis allows for personalized nutrition and supplementation and increases the resolution of complex chronic conditions.
The clinical indications are:
Telomeres are sections of genetic material at the end of each chromosome whose primary function is to prevent chromosomal “fraying” when a cell replicates. As a cell ages, its telomeres become shorter. Eventually, the telomeres become too short to allow cell replication, the cell stops dividing and will ultimately die - a normal biological process. Telomere Tests can determine the length of a patient’s telomeres in relation to the patient’s age.
Hormones control the whole body! They affect mood, sleep, weight gain, energy, sex drive, etc. Imbalances are common as we age, menopause, andropause, thyroid dysfunction. Hormone tests your Thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, cortisol, dhea, pregnenolone, insulin. Find out if you have hormonal imbalances and treat them as natural as possible!
Did you know that you can measure your excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters? Serotonin, GABA, Dopamine, Taurine, Glycine, Cortisol. Chemical imbalances that are responsible for our fatigue, lack of motivation, insomnia, bipolar disorder, attention deficit, anger, and impulsivity can now be measured!
IGeneX covers a wider spectrum of Lyme and TBRF Borrelia species. Typical diagnostic tests for Lyme can provide useful information by detecting antibodies for Lyme, but they do not provide the whole picture like IGeneX. More relevant strains of Borrelia species and other associated tick-borne pathogens are tested.

Randi is our Integrative Health Coach. She has been certified as a Holistic Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a certified yoga teacher. Randi also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University.
Randi’s journey began when she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (“PCOS”) in her twenties. Her periods had vanished, she had enlarged ovaries, was tired all the time, gained weight, had painful cysts on her ovaries and breasts.
By embracing and personally practicing what she was learning in her studies to become a holistic health coach, Randi drastically changed her diet and lifestyle, and within six (6) months her PCOS symptoms went into remission. Her menses cycle returned to normal, the pain subsided and her mood stabilized. To her great surprise, Randi’s physician confirmed that her ovarian cysts had disappeared and her ovaries had returned to normal size.
Randi is self-motivated, confident, and a nurturing coach with a proven track record of helping clients mitigate their symptoms through effective nutritional practices. She has over fifteen (15) years of experience in providing nutritional guidance to patients with PCOS, diabetes, infertility, hormone imbalances, irritable bowel syndrome and weight loss issues.
